CINAHL Complete is an excellent EBSCOhost database for finding allied health articles.
Search tip: use a two-step process
- Search using keyword(s)
- There are many keyword options – it is important to try different combinations until you see more relevant results
- Examples:
- population health
- pathophysiology AND myocardial infarction
- diabetes symptoms
- Ask your professor or a librarian if you need help finding specific keywords and combinations.
- On the results page, use filters to restrict to the most relevant results
- Examples:
- Publication Date
- Scholarly ("Academic") or trade publications
- Full text availability
- Publications that match specific subject headings
