  • From this main screen, you can perform a search for books. 

What Is the Newbery Medal?

The John Newbery Medal, often called the Newbery, was first given to book in 1922, after the award was formally established at the 1921 meeting of the American Library Association (Newbery and Caldecott Awards, 2007).
